Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

Every order comes with a $25 non refundable deposit (this is to cover admin costs associated with your order) 

Balance is due 1 week prior to your order unless otherwised arranged 

1 or more weeks notice for cancellation 

$25 deposit is forfeited and any other monies refunded 

Less than 1 weeks notice 

$25 deposit forfeited plus any out of pocket toppers / decorations etc 

Less than 4 days notice 

All money forfeited 

FOR DATE CHANGES we require 1 weeks notice 

If you have an illness or COVID positive which results in your order being cancelled we can arrange delivery and give care instructions for your cake to be frozen or stored in refrigerator.
